Due to the nature of the high revving S2000 engine a great level of vibration is produced, potentially causing the oil filter to back out and become loose. There has been various instances where the filter has backed out all together causing engine failure, or worse, catastrophic vehicle fire. Our design keeps the oil filter tight in place, while offering a show quality finish.
